Size Change Service

DRY HEAT guarantees to all its customers the Size Change service .

In the event that the selected product turn out to be of wrong size , in spite of the checks on the size tables , the customer can change the product with that of adequate size within 10 days after receiving the package by contacting us via e-mail at info@athesis-knitlab.it or at the telephone number +39 ( 0) 442 590099.

The Size Change service will be held with the following procedure:
The customer must return the product intact and in original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory: tags, etc. . ..).

The shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer who can chooses a own courier for transport.

In the event that the customer does not have a forwarder to give the goods to and do not have time to organize the return of the material to be replaced , the company will arrange the shipping, sending the carrier in the agreed day. This service is on charge of the customer. Later, once the material will be returned , and will be intact in all its parts , the goods will be dispatched to the correct size for free.

The free Size Change service will be made only once, in case of any new requests to change size the shipping charges will be borne by the customer's in total .

The free Size Change service will be made, of course, only on products and sizes available on our online catalog.
