Shippings and Deliveries

Our purpose is to get you to deliver the order within 7-10 business days from the date of shipment. If the delivery does not happen successfully ( in case you were absent at the time of delivery) , the courier will return the order the next working day. Dryheat.it is not responsible for any delays attributable to the fault of the shipper . You could be contacted directly by the carrier to make an appointment for delivery ( for the cost of the service check the table below) . All of our items are delivered in a gift box at no extra charge . Upon receipt of the order, we invite you to check: - that the number of packages indicated on the waybill is actually the one handed - the package is intact and not damaged any disputes must be reported to the carrier on the waybill indicating that signed for withdrawal, the word "Withdrawn subject to control" , otherwise the package is considered delivered correctly .
