If your waist and hip measurements are in two different sizes, choose the one on the hip measurement.

HOW TO MEASURE THE SIZE OF YOUR GARMENTS

1. WAIST
Measure around the narrowest part (where the body flexes), keeping the tape horizontal. |
2. HIPS
Measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape horizontal. |
3. CROTCH
Measure from the crotch to the lower leg. |
