1) On-line orders
All orders made on Dryheat.it are ruled , Although not specifically provided for by the following conditions of purchase , according to the Italian Legislative Decree n. 185 dated 22nd May 1999 concerning the consumers’ protection for remote agreements and according to the Italian Legislative Decree n. 70 dated 09th April 2003, relating to the e-commerce.
All products shown on our web site can be purchased till when stocks are finished only by people over 18 years old.
You can choose the delivery place that is the most convenient for you: by your house, by your office or by another person.

2) Prices
The prices displayed on the site Dryheat.it are VAT included.
Agreed prices shall be deemed to refer to these general conditions of sale. DRY HEAT reserves the right to change the price of sale without notice. To the amount must be added the shipping costs where applicable.

3) Technical specifications of products
Product specifications are shown in the catalogue on line and are visible at the time of the order. DRY HEAT shows the products as truthfully and accurately as possible.

4) Shipment

For shipping DRY HEAT relies on the collaboration of the express courier GLS - General Logistics Systems Italy SpA.

Italy: free shipping

Europe 1-2: free shipping over 100 Euro of expenditure

Europe 3: free shipping over 150 Euro of expenditure

Europe 4: free shipping over 200 Euro of expenditure

The total amount of the order will be displayed before proceeding with your purchase confirmatio.

Orders are processed on receipt. Delivery will be made within 48-72 hours (working days) . The courier will deliver the goods directly to the address indicated at the time of purchase. If the delivery does not happen successfully ( in case the customer is absent at the time of delivery) , the customer will be contacted by our customer service as soon as possible, making arrangements directly with the customer. DRY HEAT is not responsible for any delays attributable to the fault of the shipper.

Upon receipt of the parcel , please check: - that the number of packages indicated on the waybill is actually the one handed - the package is intact and not damaged any disputes must be reported to the carrier indicating on the waybill before you sign for the withdrawal , the word "Withdrawn subject to control" , otherwise the package is considered delivered correctly.

5) Restitutions

If for any reason the buyer is not completely satisfied with the items purchased, he can request the return within 14 days of receipt of the goods by sending an email to customer service. Athesis srl will refund the purchaser the amount paid for the purchase of products and shipping costs; with the notice of withdrawal must be provided the following data:

invoice number and date;
in case of partial withdrawal description and quantity of the products you intend to return;
bank details on which to obtain the transfer of the refund.

The reimbursement of the sum will be made with the chosen modality and free of charge within 30 days from the return of the goods, after verification of the state of the same. In particular it is required that the returned product

is intact;
has not suffered any kind of damage;
has attached the tag;

DRY HEAT treats personal data of their customers in compliance with the requirements of the Legislative Decree 196/2003. Personal data are processed in the normal activities exclusively to process the order and if a problem arises to contact the buyer.
